Muffler: New Cell Phone Feature For Husbands

I propose a new cell phone feature called the 'muffler' that enables men to quickly cut the volume in half when entering an elevator while being yelled at by their wives. Actually, we better make it so we can cut by 75%. Any other features we need to consider?
