I have a few sisters and one gay friend who are absolutely CLUELESS on the phone. I say “Well, I have to hang up now because I have to do work, and my boss is glaring at me,” and they’ll say “Oh, did I tell you that my geranium bloomed!?! You know the one! I had it in the garage all winter and it looked like death and everyone at the last play group looked at it and said for certain there was no way I would ever get that thing to even look GREEN again much less…” BLAH BLAH BLAH.

So, just FYI, it’s not just HUSBANDS who are phone juggling! (-;

This entry is absurd and insensitive, but I laughed – a belly laugh.

It cracks me up the intricate schemes that men will go through to avoid simply saying to his woman, “Let’s talk about this later. I gotta go.”

The funniest thing is that most women would prefer this dodge and scheme method than direct confrontation any day, despite saying otherwise.
